Barnardos Birth History Service are pleased to announce a support group meet up for birth mothers. The purpose of the group is to provide a safe space for birthmothers to meet others and avail of support. The group will be a confidential space for birthmothers to share their experiences with others who may have similar experiences. Facilitated by Annie Lavin and Celine Keogh
Topics which may be explored within the group will include:
- Sharing experiences
- How do we take care of ourselves – some creative inputs for self-care.
