A competitive Package that includes:
- A competitive base salary – €500 per week guaranteed (Full Time / 37.5 hours per week)
- Uncapped Commission/bonus payments- On target earnings of €700 per week

What’s the Role and Service?
We are looking for an enthusiastic fundraising ambassador to join our team in Dublin
In this role you will represent Barnardos within communities across Ireland by raising awareness and inspiring people to contribute small monthly donations to Barnardos services.
What will my day to day look like?
- Visiting residential areas to engage directly with potential donors, inspiring them to contribute through engaging storytelling and impactful communication about Barnardos’ work and achievements
- Work closely with your team to plan effective routes, share strategies, and support one another in achieving collective goals
- Participate in team briefings and debriefings, providing feedback to improve campaign performance
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for donor acquisition, contributing directly to Barnardos’ fundraising goals
- Maintain accurate records of donor interactions, campaign results, and fundraising activities
What experience do I need?
- An enthusiastic attitude paired with good communication skills to engage and inspire potential donors
- Motivation to make a difference and do meaningful work every day that supports Barnardos mission- Transforming the lives of vulnerable children because childhood lasts a lifetime
- A passion for connecting with people and making a social impact
- Door to door sales experience is highly desirable but not essential
- If you have no experience but a willingness to learn and grow in a supportive environment- we encourage you to apply
