Programme aims: | This programme is designed for parents, to help them understand more about conflict and how it is managed, and to reduce its potentially harmful effects on children. The workshop looks at conflict through the lens of the current economic climate and the specific challenges that recession can bring to family. The training is designed to help you understand the nature of conflict in relationships and some of its causes. Identify the protective factors which help reduce the negative impact of conflict on relationships. Recognise different types of conflict, how people respond differently. Understand the impact of conflict on children. Deal with conflict in ways that reduce the potentially harmful effects on children. |
