Barnardos Post Adoption Service are delighted to arrange a support group specifically for Intercountry adopted adults.
This workshop aims to provide a safe space for people to come together and chat about their experience of Intercountry adoption.
Some possible topics include:
• Growing up adopted
• Searching for information/contact with birth family
• Managing relationships
• Managing other peoples questions and views about adoption and your birth country
• Making sense of your identity
Within the support group you will have the opportunity to meet other adopted young adults and partake in interesting conversations with people with some shared experiences and backgrounds.
