This training will give participants the knowledge and information to help guide and support them in their role caring for children who have experienced early adversity and trauma. The aim of the training is to build expertise and confidence among the Early Years professionals supporting children in Early Learning and Care settings who have experiences of trauma. The training will include both the main Theoretical concepts of trauma awareness and examples of the practical application of these concepts in an ELC setting.

The aim of this workshop is to give guidance on the development and implementation of a supervision structure in an Early Learning and Care setting. This workshop is suitable for those working in Early Childhood Care and Education who are currently supervising early years educators/students. This training will be helpful for early learning and care providers, putting in place processes to meet regulatory requirements on staff supervision

The aim of this webinar is to equip participants with the knowledge and skills that are necessary to carry out the role of Designated Liaison Person (DLP) effectively and with competence. This training is suitable for newly appointed and established DLPs who have completed one day Children First Child Protection Training in the past 3 years. A strong working knowledge of Children First 2017 is required.

The aim of this webinar is to assist participants to begin or continue to reflect on their own practice as they engage with clients and colleagues. Participants will have the opportunity to look at some examples of reflective tools and exercises where they can identify some of the characteristics of different types of reflection.
